做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
