做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
