做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
