做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
