做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
