做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
