做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
