做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
