做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
