做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。
