做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
