做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
