做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
