做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
