做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
