做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
