做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
