做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
