做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
