做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
