做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
