做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
