做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
