做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
