做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
