做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
