做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
