做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
