做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
