做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
