做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
