做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
