做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
