做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
