做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
