做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
