做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
