做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
