做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
