做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
