做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
