做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
