做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
