做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
