做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
