做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
