做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
