做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
