做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
