做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
